A crisp and refreshing wine with fresh raspberry, strawberry and elderberry flavours. This elegant rosé is created by harvesting grapes early and fermented in tank in order to keep fresh flavours, high acidity and lower alcohol. The grape is from the southern part of Bacs hill.
