A crisp and refreshing wine with fresh raspberry, strawberry and elderberry flavours. This elegant rosé is created by harvesting grapes early and fermented in tank in order to keep fresh flavours, high acidity and lower alcohol. The grape is from the southern part of Bacs hill. The food pairing possibilities for rosé are almost endless: it suits most meals and food styles.
Attractive freshness on the nose with white flowers, citrus, lime and green apple. Medium bodied wine with lively acids, fine minerals and a hint of almond in the finish.
Roasted kernels, sweet spices, vanilla, brittle and honeycomb on the nose. The sip is round, deliciously creamy with pear, peach, sweet citrus and spices. Warm character wine with nice acidity. Taste of juicy, ripe fruit flavor, roasted apple, honey, spices, minerals, herbs and creamy texture. Perfect stucture (6g acid and residual sugar, 12% alcohol), an exciting unique wine.
Single vineyard: Sabar. It is an elagant well-balanced rich wine with herbs, minerals and oily texture. The grape is from the Sabar hill: massive green harvesting, only 0,8 kg per vine branch. Aging: 6 months in 500 liters, light toasted barrels (Stockinger and Boutes).
The Rhine riesling shows great potential in the Badacsony wine region. Aging: 6 months in 500 liters, light toasted barrels (Stockinger).
Red berries, sour cherries, raspberries, black currants, sweet spices, dried flowers and a hint of dark chocolate give its aroma profile. Late harvested (6th of October) Olaszrizling from Sabar Hill. Attractive, pleasing scent, full fruity sip, 106 grams of residual sugar, 10.5% alcohol and 5.9 acids. Limited edition, only 300 bottles made.
